BIRDIE WAY

Lilianna took a compact 1963 Mid-Century Modern 1-bed, 1-bath dwelling and expanded it into a light-filled 2-bed, 2-bath architectural retreat. The renovation preserves the essential spirit of mid-century design—clean lines, organic textures, and deep integration with nature—while completely modernizing its core infrastructure with brand-new plumbing, electrical and mechanical throughout. Lilianna designed architectural custom white oak cabinetry that is balanced by rich marble counter surfaces and handcrafted custom limestone wall finishes, which created a warm, organic contrast. A newly constructed swimming pool serves as the focal point of the backyard, anchored by custom hardscaping and plantings.
